- Order Confirmation: An email confirmation with tracking information will be sent upon shipment of the order.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside Canada/US. US Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the their country.
Order Issues
- Damaged or Missing Items: Customers must report damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
